Where we ship
United States and Canada. Every blend is made to order in New Jersey.

When it ships
Blends are made within 1 business day of the order and handed to the carrier the same day they are finished. You get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.

United States
Standard shipping is free on every US order and goes USPS Priority Mail, usually 1 to 3 days in transit. Express is $15.00.

Canada
Standard shipping is $14.99 and Express is $29.99. Duties and taxes, where charged, are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes and cancellations
Email bill@ambernoil.com before your blend is made (within 1 business day of the order) and we change the address or cancel and refund in full.

Lost or damaged in transit
If a package shows delivered but is missing, or arrives damaged or leaking, email us with your order number and we replace it free. See our Refund Policy.
