Wash Day
Made for
Type 3C to 4C curls and coils, thick or dry strands, and anyone who wants more slip on wash day. If your hair goes flat under heavier oils, start with Fine Print instead.
How to use
Before you wash: work a generous amount through dry lengths and ends, leave it on for at least 30 minutes, then shampoo as usual. After you wash: press a few drops into damp hair over your leave-in to seal it in.
What's in it
Olive (52.3%) and virgin coconut (26.2%) make up the body of the bottle. Jamaican black castor (8.4%) adds thickness and cushion; avocado (6.3%) and baobab (5.3%) add softness. Vitamin E (0.5%) keeps the oils fresh.
Scent
Sweet orange and sandalwood, 1% of the bottle between them. Warm and soft, never loud.
Good to know
Virgin coconut firms up below 76 °F (24 °C). If your bottle clouds, warm it in your hands for a minute. Blended to order in New Jersey, weighed to the gram and labelled with the name you choose. For external use only. Patch test before first use.
